Capital Kings Help
Learn the core loop: buy businesses, read the market, use cards at the right moment, and grow your net worth.
Game rules
Core rules adapted from the in-game help guide.
01
Check-in screen
Nearby businesses are shown from highest value to lowest, with available check-ins first.
- You get 5 check-ins every 4 hours.
- Each check-in gives one free spin on the reels, except bonus check-ins.
- Check-in rewards depend on business level. Level 1 pays $10, Level 2 pays $11, Level 3 pays $12, and higher-level categories start higher.
- You can only check in to the same business once every 12 hours.
- Each check-in raises business value by Business Level x $10 unless you own it.
02
VIP status
VIP status rewards loyal visitors and gives daily bonuses.
- You need at least 3 check-ins at a business to become VIP.
- If someone else is already VIP, you need more check-ins than them to take the status.
- VIP bonuses equal the business level in dollars. A Level 5 business gives $5 per day.
- Claim VIP bonuses from Income & Expenses every 24 hours.
03
Purchasing businesses
You can buy businesses anywhere in the world, with fees based on the deal and your empire.
- International Taxes apply when buying a business in another country.
- Transfer Taxes use a sliding scale based on your total Empire Value, from 2% to 20%.
- Legal Fees may also apply.
- Offer completion time follows business level: Level 1 takes 1 hour, Level 2 takes 2 hours, and so on.
- Other players can place higher offers while your money is pending.
04
Owning businesses
Owned businesses create daily income and expenses based on their value.
- You must claim income within 24 hours or it is lost.
- If you do not pay expenses, the business loses value.
- New businesses receive a Purchase Shield for 7 days plus 24 hours per business level.
- If value drops below the level minimum, the business loses one level.
- If a Level 1 business reaches its minimum value, the Capital Kings Bank takes it back.
05
Upgrading businesses
Upgrades increase business level and value while temporarily changing how the business behaves.
- A new Purchase Shield starts during upgrades.
- Check-in rewards are cut in half while upgrading.
- Daily income and expenses are paused during upgrades.
06
Monthly tournaments
Tournament profit is calculated from your current balance, pending credits, and net worth.
- Pending Credits are funds locked in active bids or from sold businesses not yet claimed.
- Tournament prizes are available from the Prizes info button in the Monthly Tournament screen.
- Tournaments do not change who owns businesses.
07
Fair play and accounts
Capital Kings removes inactive clutter and protects competitive balance.
- Inactive players with no businesses become dormant and are removed from leaderboards.
- Use one account per player. Multiple accounts used for unfair advantage may lead to penalties.
- Account deletion is delayed to stop abuse of starter rewards or harmful resets.
Strategy guide
How the rules connect to daily decisions.
Check in before buying
Check-ins raise business value, create spins, and build toward VIP status. They are often the simplest way to grow momentum before you spend.
Watch pending offers
Money offered on a business is held as pending until the deal completes or is canceled, and other players can still outbid you during paperwork.
Protect valuable businesses
Purchase Shields stop other players from buying your business. New purchases and upgrades both create shield time.
Claim on time
Income must be claimed within 24 hours, and unpaid expenses reduce business value. The best empires stay active.
