Welcome to Capital Kings ("the Game"), operated by Lighthouse Games Studio Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Game. By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to access or use the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you are of legal age or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to accept these Terms.
You may need an account to play Capital Kings. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
The Game utilizes GPS to provide location-based gameplay. Your precise GPS location is never shared publicly. However, businesses you check into will be visible to other players. You agree to the use of your GPS location data for gameplay purposes as described.
Capital Kings offers virtual currency ("Diamonds") purchasable via the Apple Store. Refunds are strictly governed by Apple's refund policies. Conversion of Diamonds to credits within the Game is final and non-refundable.
Capital Kings includes gameplay features that simulate gambling, such as a virtual slot machine. These features are purely for entertainment purposes and do not involve any real-money gambling.
Spins are granted for free and cannot be purchased or exchanged using real-world or in-game currency. No monetary prizes can be won or redeemed. All rewards are virtual and have no cash value.
You agree not to engage in prohibited conduct, including but not limited to:
Violation of these rules can result in suspension or permanent banning of your account, without prior notice or liability to us.
All content and intellectual property associated with Capital Kings, including graphics, logos, sounds, and software, is owned or licensed by Lighthouse Games Studio Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Game content.
The Game includes leaderboards and planned communication features such as chat. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor interactions and enforce appropriate conduct.
The Game integrates Google Firebase for push notifications. We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions or changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lighthouse Games Studio Ltd. disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Game.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lighthouse Games Studio Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Game.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that disputes related to these Terms or the Game will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. You may terminate your agreement by deleting your account.
