Capital Kings lets you request deletion of your game account from inside the app. These instructions apply to accounts created or accessed with Apple Sign-in, Game Center, and Google Play Games.
If you cannot open the app or cannot sign in, email us at support@LighthouseGamesStudio.com and ask us to help delete your Capital Kings account. Please include your display name, the platform you used to sign in, and any information that can help us identify the account without sharing passwords or full payment details.
After you confirm deletion, your account enters a waiting period of up to 7 days before deletion processing begins. If you sign back in during this period, the game may ask whether you want to cancel or continue the deletion request.
When deletion is processed, the following identifiable account information is removed or anonymized:
Some records may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, purchase validation, or service integrity purposes. This may include non-public transaction records, audit logs, and limited technical records. We do not use retained records to recreate your public game profile.
Deleting or uninstalling the Capital Kings app from your device does not delete your game account. To delete your account, follow the account deletion steps above or contact support.
